Stefan is a certified personal trainer and a nutrition & wellness consultant based in Warwick, NY. Stefan seeks to empower his clients to become ‘the best versions of themselves’. He carefully develops tailored programs for each person, taking into account their current wellbeing, and where they want to go. Stefan takes a fully personable approach, and undertakes one-to-one coaching to accompany a deeply educational program, identifying knowledge as a powerful tool in the journey to self-betterment.

Liz is a certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology and an Associate’s degree in Sports Nutrition.  She is a former D1 soccer scholarship awardee and MMA fighter.  Liz currently competes at the Elite level in Spartan Obstacle Course Racing; finishing 14th overall Spartan Race female in 2017, and completing 7 Ultra Marathons in 2018 putting her 8th Spartan Ultra female.  She competed on and was a featured athlete on NBC’s Spartan: Ultimate Team Challenge season II (Team Little Giants).  She has competed in Spartan Races scanning across 39 states and 4 countries; including America, Canada, Mexico, and Iceland with her sights set on Ultra World Championships in Sweden 2019.

As a veteran of the fitness industry, and 13 years of experience as a personal trainer, Liz has had the opportunity to train high level professional athletes such as; Ryan Howard (1st baseman of the Philadelphia Phillies), Jimmy Rollins (short stop for the Philadelphia Phillies), Bryan Westbrook (Wide Receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles, and Lori Fair (Women’s National Soccer Team).  Liz’s approach to training is not just of the body, but also the mind, soul, and spirit through exercise and nutrition.
